TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- EXCHANGE PERIOD: YOU MAY EXCHANGE YOUR PURCHASED JEWELRY WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING THE PARCEL.
- ELIGIBILITY: TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AN EXCHANGE, THE ITEM MUST BE UNUSED, IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING, AND IN THE SAME CONDITION AS RECEIVED. PRODUCT CAN ONLY BE EXCHANGED IF IT IS NOT SAME AS SHOWN OR YOU HAVE ANY SIZE ISSUE.
- EXCLUSIONS: CUSTOMIZED OR PERSONALIZED ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE.
- PROCESS: CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM AT EMAIL OR INSTAGRAM DM WITHIN THE EXCHANGE PERIOD TO INITIATE THE EXCHANGE PROCESS. PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER AND DETAILS OF THE ITEM YOU WISH TO EXCHANGE.
- SHIPPING: CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SHIPPING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH RETURNING THE ITEM FOR EXCHANGE.
- INSPECTION AND APPROVAL: ONCE WE RECEIVE THE RETURNED ITEM, WE WILL INSPECT IT TO ENSURE IT MEETS THE EXCHANGE CONDITIONS. UPON APPROVAL, WE WILL PROCESS THE EXCHANGE.
- EXCHANGE OPTIONS: YOU CAN EXCHANGE THE ITEM FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE, COLOR, OR A PRODUCT OF EQUAL VALUE. IF THE CHOSEN ITEM IS OF HIGHER VALUE, THE PRICE DIFFERENCE WILL BE APPLICABLE.
- REFUNDS: WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR EXCHANGES UNLESS THE ORIGINAL ITEM DELIVERED WAS DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT.
- NON-COMPLIANCE: ITEMS THAT DO NOT MEET THE EXCHANGE CONDITIONS OR ARE RETURNED OUTSIDE THE SPECIFIED PERIOD WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE.
